• AI Voice Bot for Appointment Scheduling:
– Developed an AI-powered voice assistant using Twilio, OpenAI LLMs, LangChain, enabling
users to ask queries and schedule appointments via phone calls (Deployed on AWS EC2).
Websocket was used for real-time streaming.
• WhatsApp AI Chatbot (RAG-based, Microservice):
– Developed and deployed a FastAPI microservices chatbot for custom knowledge retrieval,
deployed with Docker Swarm, leveraging RabbitMQ as a messaging broker.
